Description

Torsion Bars are designed for tightening wheel nuts with an impact wrench. Prevent the excessive torque road. Colour coded shafts make size identification easy. As the torque could vary with the type and the condition of the impact wrench, we strongly recommend the control with a torque wrench.

How To Use Torsion Bar:
1. Use with a 1/2" Sq. Dr. Pneumatic impact wrench.
2. Set air pressure 0.6MPa, and set impact wrench dial Medium range.
3. Chose a suitable Torsion bar according to wheel nut size and indicated tightening torque.
4. Attach the torsion bar to impact wrench and apply load.
5. Check the actual tightening torque value with torque wrench.
6. Adjust air pressure or torque value according to the results of check 5.
7. Tight other wheel nut in diagonal order.
