Description

Comark is one of the major names worldwide in Food Safety instrumentation. The DT400 pocket thermometer sets the standard as one of the ONLY calibratable devices of this type. This means you can re-certify the thermometer according to food safety regulations eliminate the need for manual corrections of readings.

It is waterproof and durable enough to use for checking the final rinse cycle temperature of commercial dishwashers.

The probe is treated with BioCote for lifetime added protection from Bacteria growth and the slim tip gives fast thermal response for much quicker readings than other thermometers. The DT400 is an exceptional thermometer for use in tough environments.
