* The 30% runtime improvement when cutting screws is a result of the increased battery capacity to 1.5Ah (the 8200 was 1.3Ah).
* 10.8V and 12VMax are the same things. 12V is the maximum voltage straight off the charger which drops down to a more sensibly measured 10.8V nominal voltage with use.
* Some customers may receive kits branded with 10.8V while Dremel updates their packaging but you will be receiving the correct tool based on the specs above.
