When I first tried these in my Dremel I was amazed at how easy it was to sand and shape surfaces without gouging. The flaps conform to contours and shapes giving a great degree of control. Try them you will love them!

As the flaps wear new abrasive is constantly being exposed so they are an excellent alternative to sanding bands and wire wheel brushes which become less efficient with use.

Compared to other brands (e.g. Dremel and Gyros) these flapwheels are tightly bound on the plastic hub. They are quite solid and when used at low speed work the same as normal sanding bands. At higher speeds (10,000 rpm and above) the centrifugal force splays out the flaps which then conform to shapes as they sand the surface. The bigger diameters fan out more than the smaller ones so are more forgiving to gouging.

For use in all rotary tools including Dremel, Ryobi, Fuller, Ozito, GMC and other generic brands that have a 3.2mm collet (which is 99% of rotary tools).
