Description

These are circle hole cutters are especially good for making large holes in Gib plasterboard for down lights, extractor fans, ducting and fittings etc. They can also be used for making holes in fiber cement for light in soffits. The sharp blades quickly cut a clean hole. Or maybe you want to make wooden wheels for kids toys, they're good for that too!

This is our premium range that includes 2 sets of sharp blades for clean cuts in different materials.

TCT Blades - Use for hard materials like fiber cement, aluminium sheet, laminates, acrylic and other plastics.
HSS Blades - These are the pointy blades used for softer materials like plywood and plasterboard.

HOW TO USE
Set the size on the scale and make sure the blades and holders are tight and secure. Use a slow speed on your electric drill or drill press. Keep the work steady and the drill straight. Ease off the power and pressure as it comes close to cutting all the way through. Admire new hole.

NOTE: We have even used this to cut 90mm holes in PC Cases (1.0mm steel) and it worked very well leaving a nice clean cut without any sharp edges. But it MUST be done in a drill press at slow speed with slow and steady pressure. Clamp the work down or lose a finger!
