We use several companies in order to get you the best shipping rates. The company we choose to send your order depends on your delivery address, whether that is a PO Box, home address or Rural Delivery, we will choose the best option.
Shipping is charged based on the weight of your order and delivery destination, see the table below for details.
 
When placing your order you will be asked to choose your shipping zone, the zones are self explanatory but if unsure use the maps below to find the zone you are in. For example if you live in Napier then you will choose the GREEN zone when choosing the delivery option at the checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES
The target delivery is next day from when the goods are sent, but may take longer in rural or remote areas. While most orders are delivered promptly without incident, there are some occasions when the courier does not perform as expected. Once the package is in the hands of the courier it is out of our control.
For deliveries to the South Island the target delivery is 2-3 working days. Once again it may take longer for rural or remote areas.
Once your payment has been confirmed your goods are sent within 24 hours. At any time you may track the status of your order by logging in to our site and clicking 'Order Status'.
PICKUPS
We are primarily and online store and prefer to send out all goods by Courier. In general this works better for our customers and you will get your items faster than coming to collect. If you would rather collect select the option when placing your order then give us a call to arrange a time. You may pay on collection or beforehand if you wish, but we cannot supply the goods until the payment has cleared. If paying by deposit to our account it may be up to two days before the payment will show if you do not bank with ASB Bank.
YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure your address is full and correct, we accept no responsibility for delays or non-delivery where inaccurate addresses have been supplied.
If nobody is present to receive the package the courier will leave it in an appropriate place. If there is no safe place to leave it then a 'card to call' will be left. You may then collect it from the closest depot or arrange for re-delivery by calling the number on the card.
If you have special instructions for delivery (i.e. leave round the back of the house) then please note this in the comments field when placing your order.
