They're always friendly and helpful and quick at what they do, clearing our imports through customs so we can keep our products in stock.

We use this company for laser printer toner cartriges. It's not a topic we'd normally consider worthy a mention but they stand out for having excellent service. The printer was out of toner one day which is a slight problem when you have 50 invoices to print, we placed the order for a new cartridge at 7am and it had arrived by 11am. We were impressed to say the least!

Every day we ship out many products to our customers all over New Zealand and that requires a lot of boxes, packing tape and bubblewrap. We've found ThinkNZ to be the best for prices and service. Even better they deliver so we have more time for tools instead of fighting the traffic to get to the stationary store. Best to call them though because their website at the moment is a bit pants...
