Do I have to register to buy stuff?
No, but we recommend it. By registering you can log in at any time to check the status of your order and also view previous orders. And, when you come back to buy more you won't have to enter all your details again as you would if you didn't register. Of course though it's up to you!
How long before my order is delivered?
If your payment is confirmed by 1.00 p.m. then your order will generally be shipped the same day. The quickest payment methods are by credit card or electronic transfer from an ASB Bank account. If you are depositing to our account from a bank other than ASB then it will show in our account the next day (as long as it's done before the 8.00 p.m. cutoff).
Once your order has been sent delivery generally takes 1-3 business days, and an extra day for Rural Delivery. See the Shipping Information page for more information.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do yes, to resellers and buyers of large quantities. If you think you might qualify for wholesale prices then get in touch with us. If approved your login will be changed so you can see the wholesale prices on the website.
I received my order today but when I try it the thing doesn't work what do I do now?
Most of the issues we come across come down to user education, ie. read the manual! It is the best source of information for your product. Some items do not have a manual so check the product details on our website, you will often find the answer there. Also make sure you are using the item for its intended use and within the limits it is designed for.
It's broken can you help us?
Okay. We need to know a little more than 'it's broken'. Tell us the symptoms, what it's doing and what it's not doing. What were you doing with it at the time. Have you changed the batteries, power reset, calibrated, replugged leads etc? Tell us as much as you can so we have enough information to diagnose and assist.
What do you do with the personal information we provide?
Not a lot really. You will have noticed there are very few mandatory fields in our registration and sales forms, because we know how annoying that is when things are more complicated than they need to be. We get enough information from you to complete the sale and send your goods. Entering your email address is mandatory because this is our preferred and most efficient form of communication, we can send an email at 11.00 pm but expect you'd be annoyed with a phone call at that time of day!
